In an idyllic setting in the area of the National Park North Yorkshire Moors, the owners of La Rosa Campsite found the perfect location to create this peculiar camping. The decision was to build a camp solely from recycled material, reclaimed, and from objects found in old shops. The campsite, with a total area of 20 acres, has been designed with environmental awareness and conservation of the natural beauty of the area.
The caravans have been converted into guest rooms are decorated with vintage items from the old bulbs until linens. The camp uses only candles and low energy lighting, respecting the local fauna. Indeed, there are few times that visitors encounter deer just outside their door! The showers have been installed in a former barn and biological toilets in a wooden hut, and there are outdoor showers in the orchard. The property accepts a limited number of visitors, which helps to better serve all and to maintain calm and relaxing atmosphere.
If you love adventure and contact with nature, this campsite is the ideal choice for you. Here we take a journey through time, in years full of romance and bohemian mood. The central meeting point for campers is a beautiful scene, reminiscent of circus and heated suitable for nighttime gatherings.
